To ensure value for money, contract management must be practiced within an organization. Concurrently, supplier performance evaluations need to be conducted to improve services. We will take a pragmatic look at how these critical activities are related and will quantify the values through case studies and exercises.

Many organizations have found great returns by lining contract management with supplier performance. This workshop will provide you with the tools to do so as well.
