Christopher Craxton

Christopher Craxton is a Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation specialist with extensive experience in transforming procurement with industry-leading practices and technology-enabled processes. With a focus on building strategically-aligned programs, Chris supports his clients in building out the roadmap for a successful S2P program and selecting the right technology solutions to meet their business needs. Chris is also an experienced program manager, capable of managing the delivery of complex, large-scale S2P programs. He is a highly analytical thinker and results-driven achiever with demonstrated talent for delivering the right solution on time and on budget. Chris has extremely diverse experience, with organizations in both the public and private sector in industries such as, telecommunications, energy, mining, financial services and retail.

Rachel Lemos

Rachel is a strategic and highly results-oriented procurement leader with over 20 years’ experience in international companies in the North and South America. Rachel has a diverse background, experienced in large organizations, well versed in various processes associated with private and public procurement, strategic sourcing and supply chain operations management.

Rachel has worked for Canadian public corporations both in the Provincial and Federal levels, has led staff in complex environments, including unionized settings. Nevertheless, she has stand out as an inspirational leader, closely coaching and developing her teams.

Rachel possesses exceptional academic credentials with an MBA in Purchasing and Logistics, Bachelor in International Relations, a professional designation as a CSPM, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.

Jason Cherkas

Jason is an accomplished, results-driven supply chain management professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He has held senior management positions in supply chain at TELUS, City of Port Coquitlam, WorkSafeBC and the University of the Fraser Valley. Currently he is the Director Supply Chain at UFV. Jason holds a SCMP designation from Supply Chain Canada, Diploma of Technology in Management Systems from BCIT and a Bachelor of Management from Athabasca University.

Jason has extensive experience leading supply chain initiatives to align supply chain policies, procedures and operations with strategic organizational goals. He is an exceptional communicator with a strong reputation for building collaborative relationships bridging both suppliers and departments together. In his current role he is leading a cross-functional team in a multi-year, supply chain transformation project involving changes in policies, processes, documentation, culture, and supplier behaviour.
